This remake thing isn\u2019t cool anymore. First Judwaa now Coolie no. 1. If you\u2019re gonna remake something, at least make it better than the original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The trailer motivated me to stop watching the films and study (probably that\u2019s why they\u2019ve removed the like or dislike option).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4\/10 from my side. And that&#8217;s being generous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Plot\/Storyline<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>So the plot is there\u2019s a guy, Raju,&nbsp;who is a coolie but posing as a prince to marry a girl who\u2019s father wants only but a good man and a bright future for his daughter. The father finds out the reality but the guy further adds to the lie that he has a twin brother. So the confusion goes on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s to Like\/Dislike?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Everything<\/strong> ??<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Is there anything exciting about this story? Like really, even just one thing. No, right? I\u2019m writing a personal review for this movie but I swear to god there isn\u2019t anything to write about. My mind went blank. Maybe it&#8217;s because of the cast\u2019s acting (Over-acting). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varun Dhawan\u2019s constant mimicry of Mithun throughout the whole movie was just gut-wrenching pain. Sara was plain. Period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comedy ?<\/strong>?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s talk about comedy. Comedy Kaha hai? They ran out of punchlines or what? There\u2019s a lot, I mean a lot of nonveg and double meaning references used, which might have been OK if they were funny. Except they were cringy (Like really, How could \u201cMa Ka Ghosla\u201d be funny?). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The only good thing that happened to this movie is Rajpal Yadav. Respect to that man, who survived under such an undertalented pandemic. Seriously, guys, Rajpal Yadav wasn\u2019t joking around, he meant business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Farewell Words<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m attaching a condition here. If you\u2019ve seen the original \u201cCoolie No.1\u201d, then don\u2019t watch this one. There\u2019s plenty of disappointment waiting for you.
