Summary
Rocky after killing Garuda, takes over KGF. This creates a ruckus among all the others who’re trying to get the gold empire including the one’s who assigned Rocky to kill Garuda.
Adheera, Garuda’s brother who was believed to be dead returns to KGF to fight off Rocky and take over the empire. Ramika Sen takes oath as the prime minister of India, who is hell bent to take down Rocky’s empire and thereby to erase the biggest ever criminal of India from the face of earth.
Review
Without a doubt, the pressure would have been immense on Prashanth Neel’s shoulder with the extraordinary success of KGF Chapter 1. The world was eager to know what was in the making and Prashanth should meet the heavy expectations.
KGF Chapter 2 starts from right where chapter 1 ended and it looks bigger, bloodier, and stylish than chapter 1. Yash takes the tale of Rocky’s empire forward with extra swag and extra wittiness. Rocky enjoys when he finds more competition now and is all set to dig deeper for more gold.
Visual Effects in Chapter 2 is top notch – an area that could have easily went wrong. The budget looks small when compared with whatever is shown on-screen and the world of KGF presented by Neel leaves you with Awe visually!
KGF Chapter 2 is a winner but still, it didn’t had the impact chapter 2 came with and nor had the ease in writing. Still, with everything packed well and good, decorated with Ravi Basrur’s earth-shattering composition, KGF Chapter 2 is a massive treat.
Conclusion
With KGF Chapter 2, Neel makes the world look back at Kannada Cinema.
