As Ajith tries to stop Aravind from his investigation due to his own fear of getting arrested, Aravind continues to resume his investigation for truth.

Review

Salute is a decent investigation thriller. Rather than flying kicks and punches, Roshan present the characters as real as they can get with a grey background.

The biggest plus of the movie is the cast. It is the performances of the cast that elevates an otherwise average story line. WiIth decent making, it becomes a one-time good watch.

Dulquer’s characterization as Aravind Karunakaran, a young man with inner conflicts than a police offer by profession was brilliant throughout the movie. The writing of characters was commendable because otherwise, it would have been a lousy watch. The chemistry between Dulquer and Manoj as brothers were so convincing.Diana’s pairing with Dulquer looked refreshing and perfect onscreen.

Without really going of the plot or injecting unwanted songs, Salute is true to the story. It never elevates too high but also never stoop down. The execution and story telling is steady making it a decent watch.

Conclusion

Salute is a good investigation crime thriller you can depend on and Dulquer makes it more entertaining with his performance.
