Major Kathir is dealing with Anger Management issues and consults Rathi Devi as a part of the same. He is forced to take a loan in an illegal way for his sister’s marriage as he was not able to get loan from any of the banks. As Mithran does this reluctantly, he was aimed by a digital-criminal and all the money gets looted.

Mithran starts to trace and find the mastermind behind this act and soon finds out that it is Sathyamoorthy aka The White Devil who aces in dark web crimes. The story soon changes to be a brilliant mind game between Kathir and Sathyamoorty, with Kathir trying to expose Sathyamoorthy’s crime network while Sathyamoorthy uses all of his criminal mind to lock Kathir up.

Review

Irumbu Thirai was an immediate winner as soon as it released. After literally digitalizing everything in India, Mithran focused on how things might go wrong if one’s personal details could be accessed digitally by a criminal mind.

The sharp-edged screenplay along with competing performances by Vishal and Arjun made the whole watch utterly gripping. Arjun aced the game without a doubt being a badass villain and Mithran simply played the trump-card of creating an extremely powerful villain so that it will get nastier for the hero to come out of the traps set.

Samantha looked so beautiful and did her part very well being Rathi Devi.

Conclusion

A must watch if you love crime thrillers.
